30 days of intentional movement

Obviously this is day one. The day where I am still delusional that I’ll not only remember to partake in my own made-up challenge, but also stay motivated for the full month.

What I PLAN to do

Stretch toward the splits

I’ve been stretching regularly since june, but I’m still as stiff as a board. So for 30 days, I’m stretching daily to make real headway with my flexibility. I just really want to do the splits. I had a big goal while I was busy with my career pivot, and now that it’s done, I need another carrot on a stick to keep me activated (iykyk).

Say goodbye for real this time

Quit the bad habit I picked- and lit up after my father’s passing. Now that I formally said goodbye to him, and after a prolonged grieving period I feel it’s time to say goodbye to the habit too.

You know I’m a journalist, right?

Journal and curate for a very private creative project I’ve been wanting to work on for a while now. There was always something missing to be able to start. But now I ordered all the gadgets I needed to get started, I have one day a week to get into it and I feel an urge to materialize it. something tells me this is the perfect time to do so.

Want to join me in this ? Pick one thing for your mind, body, or life and move on it for 30 days. If you’re clueless on what to be intentional about? Stay tuned for an upcoming journal prompt.

Love always,
